Senior GTM Manager
Job description
About the role
We are rebuilding the energy transaction, making it transparent and fair. Our goal is to put power back where it belongs, in the hands of customers and to take on one of the most critical problems of our century, access to low cost electricity. TEM exists to fix a broken global energy market that's long favoured legacy operators, intermediaries, and opaque pricing. Today's electricity system was not designed for rapid decarbonisation, AI-driven efficiency or fair access for the actual users - businesses and generators. We've built the first AI native transaction infrastructure to reinvent how electricity is bought, sold and priced. Our technology is designed to cut out the inefficient fees, automate complex market flows, and bring transparency and fairness to energy transactions at scale. In late 2025, after extraordinary growth, we closed a $75 million Series B - led by Lightspeed Venture Partners with participation from Albion, Atomico, Allianz, Hitachi Ventures, Hitachi Ventures, Schroders Capital and others - positioning us for global expansion, deeper product innovation and category leadership. We're scaling internationally and building toward a future where AI-driven infrastructure is foundational to electricity markets worldwide. Since launch, our modern utility product, known as RED, has already facilitated thousands of business customers and billions in energy transaction value, proving that modern software and AI can transform an industry built on legacy systems. At TEM, we're not just building another energy company, we're rearchitecting market infrastructure so that transparency, efficiency and sustainability become the default, not the exception.
This role sits within the Buy Engine, where we partner-led go-to-market is core to how we scale. We are hiring a Senior GTM Manager to join this engine and own the partner activation motion from systems to story. You will build the automation layer that makes the programme scalable, run the events and community engine that builds trust in market, drive the ABM plays that generate targeted pipeline, and translate TEM's product complexity into narratives partners and buy-side clients actually use. The metric you move is new pipeline generated. The role requires two gears running in parallel: shipping fast, drawing on experience rather than waiting for a brief, while zooming out regularly to build the systems that mean the next quarter is easier than this one.
What you'll do
- Build and automate agentic workflows that remove manual drag from partner comms, events, and product marketing while scaling the GTM automation stack.
- Run partner activation end to end, owning the events programme, driving stickiness on core channels, and running GTM experiments inside TEM's fortnightly sprint rhythm.
- Translate complex energy and pricing innovation into clear positioning that partners can sell and customers are persuaded by, keeping the market story consistent and specific.
- Own the intelligence loop, turning customer insights into structured signals that challenge and improve GTM priorities and competitive positioning.
- Measure what matters by tracking the cost and return of each activation play in time and pipeline, owning the reporting inside the fortnightly rhythm.
- Build the institutional memory of the GTM engine so that progress compounds sprint by sprint and does not reset with team changes.
- Develop the automated product launch workflow from PM spec through to go-to-market brief, ensuring alignment and speed.
- Ship fast by drawing on experience rather than waiting for a fully formed brief, while zooming out regularly to build the systems that make the next quarter easier than the last.
Requirements
MUST-HAVES
- Builder orientation: you ship fast, draw on experience, and do not need a fully formed brief to move.
- Systems thinking in parallel: you can zoom out from daily execution to build the infrastructure that scales the programme, and do both at once.
- Marketing literacy across the full GTM stack: positioning, narrative, activation, and channel strategy.
- Hands-on, daily use of AI or no-code tools, with evidence you have built real workflows rather than one-off experiments.
- B2B or B2B2C channel experience: you have marketed through or to a partner network, not just direct.
- Comfortable operating at pace in a Series B environment where the playbook is being written as you go and the standards matter.
DESIRABLE
- Experience owning or contributing to an ABM programme.
- Community or event management experience.
Practical notes
- This is a full-time role based in the United Kingdom.
- The role operates within a Series B environment with a fortnightly sprint rhythm.
