The Client Services Executive for the EMEA region manages and grows relationships with assigned clients after the sales process concludes. This position ensures a positive customer experience by coordinating service delivery, addressing client needs, and supporting account growth. The executive acts as a key point of contact, working closely with internal teams to ensure services meet client expectations and to identify opportunities for expansion. The role requires a deep understanding of the company's mission to deliver high capacity, security, resiliency, and affordability through advanced satellite technology.

What you'll do
Manage and actively grow relationships with assigned EMEA clients following the sales process to ensure retention.
Ensure a highly positive customer experience by coordinating service delivery for strategic accounts across the region.
Address client needs promptly and support ongoing account growth through proactive communication and service excellence.
Act as a key point of contact for all EMEA client interactions, queries, and service requests.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure services consistently meet client expectations and operational standards.
Identify new opportunities for expansion within existing strategic client engagements and accounts to drive revenue.
Own the end-to-end ownership and delivery of up to five strategic client engagements simultaneously and effectively.
Drive contractual compliance across all managed accounts exceeding ten million dollars in contract value consistently.
Maintain operational excellence throughout the entire lifecycle of each strategic partnership and service agreement.
Foster long-term partnership growth by aligning service delivery closely with client business objectives and goals.
Coordinate with the Telesat Lightspeed team to understand upcoming Low Earth Orbit network capabilities for clients.
Support the transition of services as the revolutionary satellite network begins scheduled operations in 2027.
Requirements
Demonstrated experience managing client relationships within the Europe, Middle East, and Africa region successfully.
Proven track record of coordinating service delivery and addressing client needs in a corporate environment.
Ability to act as a primary point of contact for strategic accounts and key stakeholders.
Strong capability to work closely with internal teams to ensure services consistently meet client expectations.
Experience driving contractual compliance across high-value engagements exceeding ten million dollars in contract value.
Demonstrated operational excellence in managing end-to-end client engagement lifecycles from initiation through completion.
Skills in identifying and pursuing opportunities for account expansion within existing strategic client portfolios.
Capacity to own and deliver up to five strategic client engagements simultaneously without compromising quality.
Understanding of satellite-delivered communications solutions and the specific needs of broadcast and government users.
Familiarity with the sales process and post-sale account management methodologies for large enterprise contracts.
Nice to have
Familiarity with the Telesat Lightspeed Low Earth Orbit satellite network and its 2027 launch timeline.
Understanding of the company's 12 GEO satellite fleet and the Canadian payload on ViaSat-1.
Knowledge of the LEO 3 demonstration satellite and its role in global broadband connectivity.
Experience supporting enterprise and Government users requiring high capacity, security, and ultra-low latency connections.
Exposure to the Canadian payload on ViaSat-1 and how it integrates with the broader satellite fleet.
Awareness of fiber-like speed broadband connectivity and the resiliency requirements for government and corporate clients.
Skills & tools
Proficiency in managing client relationships for satellite-delivered communications solutions across multiple global territories.
Strong understanding of high capacity, security, resiliency, and affordability principles in connectivity service delivery.
Ability to support ultra-low latency and fiber-like speed broadband connectivity projects and service integrations.
Experience coordinating service delivery for broadcast, telecommunications, corporate, and government customer segments effectively.
Knowledge of the Canadian payload on ViaSat-1 and the LEO 3 demonstration satellite operations.
Skills in driving operational excellence and long-term partnership growth strategies within strategic accounts.
Competence in tracking contractual compliance and ensuring all service level agreements are met precisely.
Capability to identify and execute opportunities for expanding service offerings within existing client portfolios.
