What you'll do

• Lead the design process from concept to execution, ensuring that user needs are met while aligning with business objectives.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in product design or a related field, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and outcomes.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar applications.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies, including user research, usability testing, and interaction design.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working in an Agile development environment and familiarity with collaboration tools like JIRA or Trello.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

• Experience in designing products for environmental or public safety sectors, particularly related to wildfire management.
