Content Engineer (d/f/m)
Job description
About the role
We are looking for a technical professional who will manage and scale our organic acquisition systems across Germany, Spain, and the UK. In this position, you will own the design and implementation of automation workflows and experimentation frameworks, moving away from traditional content creation toward systematized growth mechanisms. You will operate within our Country Marketing department, focusing on how we reach users through structured data, AI tools, and rigorous testing methodologies. The role requires you to act as a bridge between marketing hypotheses and technical execution, ensuring that content logic is embedded into scalable processes. You will be responsible for optimizing user journeys by leveraging data, automation, and experimentation in a multi-market context. This position demands comfort with ambiguity and a strong inclination toward building systems that produce compounding efficiency. You will translate complex marketing requirements into clear technical specifications for content and automation workflows. Ultimately, you will own the integrity and performance of our organic acquisition systems across three key European markets.
