Head of Financial Systems Transformation
Job description
About the role
You architect and own the end-to-end evolution of financial systems at Taxfix, defining the target landscape that spans order-to-cash, record-to-report, and procure-to-pay. You translate complex strategic intent into a concrete, AI-ready architecture and execution roadmap that balances innovation with resilience and compliance. You lead high-stakes dialogues with senior leadership, product, and technology to align priorities and remove blockers across the organization. You evangelize best-in-class practices and embed automation as a first-order design principle rather than an afterthought. You own the full lifecycle of financial systems change, from initial discovery and vendor evaluation through configuration, integration, and steady-state optimization. You build and mentor a high-performing team of finance and technology specialists who deliver measurable outcomes in a fast-paced environment. You serve as the primary subject matter expert for finance systems, ensuring that every decision supports audit readiness, scalability, and long-term cost efficiency.
