You will create thoughtful in-session telehealth interactions that keep the focus on therapeutic engagement and patient comfort. You will translate behavioral insights and user research into design solutions that remove friction and encourage ongoing engagement with the platform. You will explore how AI can support faster design iteration, personalization, and thoughtful matching experiences for diverse patient needs. You will partner with cross-functional teams to ensure design decisions align with both clinical best practices and business objectives. You will define and maintain design systems that scale across features while preserving a cohesive and high-quality user experience.
