What you'll do
Entra and Microsoft 365 handle system and identity configuration to maintain secure and efficient platforms.
Collaboration platforms including SharePoint, Exchange Online, and Teams are managed for availability and performance.
Enterprise applications and their registrations are secured and maintained across the environment to support security and compliance.
Access controls and permissions are managed to align with security and compliance requirements across platforms.
End-user issues for M365, identity, and Slack are resolved through technical support and guidance to enable productivity.
System configurations, processes, and procedures are documented comprehensively for clarity and continuity.
Training is developed and delivered for both IT teams and employees on effective use of collaboration tools.
Upcoming Microsoft changes to M365 are monitored, and proactive adjustments are implemented to maintain stability.
Collaboration solutions are aligned with business objectives through close coordination with IT teams and stakeholders.
Incident response activities are conducted for collaboration systems, including investigation, mitigation, and reporting.
External vendors and service providers are partnered with to ensure timely issue resolution and platform reliability.
Requirements
A bachelor's degree is required in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience with Microsoft 365 is required, including a minimum of 2 years designing, implementing, and managing Entra and collaboration solutions.
Expertise in Entra and Microsoft 365 administration is required.
Experience with Enterprise Applications, App Registration, SSO, and provisioning is required.
Ability to use the Graph API is required for integration and automation tasks.
PowerShell is used for automation and administration of environments and workflows.
Active Directory, Entra ID, and IAM principles must be understood deeply to manage identity and access.
SharePoint architecture, customization, and administration knowledge is required for platform management.
Microsoft Teams management and troubleshooting skills are required to support communication tools.
Exchange Online administration proficiency is required to manage messaging and collaboration.
Understanding of email authentication and security best practices is required to protect communications.
Familiarity with MS Purview and MS Defender is required for compliance and security monitoring.
Prior involvement with CAB or Change Management is required to govern platform changes.
Nice to have
Hands-on experience with Slack administration and integrations is preferred for collaboration workflows.
Practical experience with PowerAutomate is preferred to streamline automation efforts.
Experience with Azure Automation is preferred for operational tasks.
Understanding of Copilot integrations within the M365 ecosystem is preferred to support emerging tools.
Prior experience in a fast-growth enterprise is preferred to adapt quickly to scaling needs.
Project management experience using tools like Jira is preferred to track initiatives.
Knowledge of FedRAMP/NIST/CMMC Compliance is preferred to meet regulatory standards.
Notion Administration is listed as a preferred skill for knowledge management.
Knowledge of mobile device management and mobile application management via Intune is preferred to manage endpoints.
