About the role
The will partner with the Corporate AI team to convert strategic ideas into operational reality by defining clear requirements and success criteria for AI initiatives. This role is hands-on and requires direct engagement in evaluating AI tools, analyzing existing business processes and data flows, and documenting findings to guide implementation decisions. You will own key operational components of the program, including intake management, prioritization of use cases, and outcome metrics that demonstrate value. Working as a producer alongside AI engineers, the enablement lead, and business stakeholders, you will shape how AI capabilities are designed, tested, and scaled across the enterprise. The role demands comfort with ambiguity and the ability to synthesize information into actionable plans that balance technical feasibility with business impact. You will provide evidence-based insights to the Director and broader team, ensuring decisions are grounded in data and aligned with measurable outcomes.

What you'll do
- Translate ambiguous business problems into clearly defined analytical questions and success metrics for AI initiatives.
- Gather and document detailed requirements from stakeholders using structured interviews, workshops, and artifact review.
- Evaluate existing enterprise processes and data sources to identify opportunities and constraints for AI application.
- Research, compare, and assess AI tools, platforms, and vendors against defined criteria such as accuracy, scalability, and cost.
- Develop and maintain use case backlogs, prioritizing opportunities based on impact, feasibility, and risk.
- Design and analyze experiments or pilots to validate assumptions and measure the business value of AI solutions.
- Collaborate with data teams to assess data quality, availability, and readiness for AI workloads.
- Own the intake management process, ensuring that AI requests are captured, assessed, and routed appropriately.
- Define and track outcome metrics and key performance indicators to provide the team and Director with clear evidence of progress.
- Communicate findings, recommendations, and trade-offs to both technical and non-technical audiences in a clear and structured way.
- Support the creation of business cases, project charters, and documentation that guide implementation decisions.
- Facilitate alignment among stakeholders by clarifying requirements, resolving ambiguities, and managing expectations.
- Contribute to the development of standards, playbooks, and templates for AI analysis and delivery within the program.
- Partner with AI engineers and the enablement lead to ensure solutions are practical, maintainable, and aligned with enterprise goals.
- Identify and monitor emerging AI capabilities and trends that could create new opportunities for the business.
Requirements
- Hold a Bachelor's degree; an advanced degree or relevant certification (e.g., CBAP/CCBA, PMP) is a plus.
- Bring 4+ years of experience in business analysis, technical or product analysis, or a similar role translating business needs into defined, actionable work.
- Demonstrate strong skills in requirements gathering, process analysis, and solution assessment.
- Show ability to work effectively with stakeholders at multiple levels across diverse business functions and technical domains.
- Exhibit solid written and verbal communication skills for documenting requirements and presenting recommendations.
- Have experience with data analysis methods and tools, including the ability to interpret data sets and draw evidence-based conclusions.
- Comfort using structured analysis techniques such as use cases, user stories, process mapping, and metrics definition.
- Proven capacity to manage competing priorities, scope trade-offs, and conflicting stakeholder needs in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to follow-through on analysis, documentation, and delivery commitments.
- Familiarity with AI concepts, tools, and lifecycle practices is a plus but not required.
