What you'll do

• Collaborate with clinical leadership to develop and implement policies and programs aimed at enhancing quality, growth, efficiency, and the overall patient experience.
• Lead the introduction of new processes and the adoption of technology to ensure uniform service delivery across the organization.
• Monitor the financial performance of your business unit, leveraging existing tools and methodologies to meet and surpass financial targets.
• data-driven approaches to tackle operational challenges related to patient scheduling, cancellations, care plans, and documentation practices.
• Work closely with central operations teams, including Analytics and Program Management, to replicate successful initiatives across different regions.
• Assist in commercial strategies by partnering with Strategic Operations and Marketing teams to engage with referral sources and targeted patient demographics.
• Promote a culture of empathy, accountability, service, and inclusivity within your team, ensuring that these values are reflected in daily operations.
• Analyze operational metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and drive strategic initiatives that enhance overall performance.
• Facilitate training and development programs for staff to ensure adherence to best practices and continuous improvement in service delivery.
• Act as a liaison between clinical teams and administrative functions to ensure communication and collaboration.
• Prepare and present reports to senior management, highlighting operational performance, challenges, and strategic recommendations.
• Engage in regular assessments of operational processes to identify inefficiencies and implement corrective actions as needed.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of operational experience, particularly in high-growth healthcare environments or diverse business sectors.
• A Bachelor's degree is required; a Master's degree in Business Administration or Healthcare Management is highly desirable.
• Proven experience in banking or consulting, showcasing strong analytical skills and the ability to implement operational strategies effectively.
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and engage both clinical and non-clinical teams.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for in-person meetings, conferences, and regional events as necessary.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities and a proactive approach to addressing challenges in a fast-paced environment.
