What you'll do

- Establish strategic partnerships with sales, marketing, and pre-sales teams to design and deploy effective prospecting strategies for prioritized accounts.
- Analyze and interpret market feedback to provide actionable insights that enhance sales and marketing processes and improve overall operational efficiency.
- Articulate Talkdesk's compelling value proposition to executive decision-makers to accurately gauge interest, qualify leads, and advance opportunities through the sales funnel.
- Maintain meticulous records and ensure accurate data management within Salesforce, keeping information on prospects and customers current and reliable.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor from the initial contact through to solution validation.
- Conduct thorough research to map out ideal customer profiles and uncover new opportunities within target segments across the UK.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop messaging and content that resonates with potential clients and supports the sales cycle.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators to assess the effectiveness of outreach efforts and refine strategies for maximum impact.

Requirements
