- Develop and implement comprehensive workforce planning strategies that align with Taager's business goals and objectives.
- Analyze current workforce data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement in performance and productivity.
- Collaborate with HR and department leaders to forecast staffing needs and create actionable plans to meet those needs effectively.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to workforce efficiency and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Design and oversee performance management processes, ensuring that they are aligned with organizational goals and employee development plans.
- Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention through targeted workforce planning and performance management strategies.
- Facilitate training and development programs aimed at improving workforce capabilities and addressing skill gaps.
- Conduct regular assessments of workforce performance and recommend adjustments to optimize team dynamics and output.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in workforce planning, performance management, or a related role, preferably within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing workforce strategies that drive performance and efficiency.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across various teams.
- Familiarity with workforce management software and tools; proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools is essential.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Experience in change management and leading initiatives to improve workforce performance.
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations relevant to workforce planning and management.
