• Analyze current workforce data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement in performance and productivity.
• Collaborate with HR and department leaders to forecast staffing needs and create actionable plans to meet those needs effectively.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to workforce efficiency and provide regular reports to senior management.
• Design and oversee performance management processes, ensuring that they are aligned with organizational goals and employee development plans.
• Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention through targeted workforce planning and performance management strategies.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in workforce planning, performance management, or a related role, preferably within a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing workforce strategies that drive performance and efficiency.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across various teams.
• Familiarity with workforce management software and tools; proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools is essential.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
