What you'll do

• Lead the development and execution of performance management frameworks that align with Bamboohr's strategic goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data, providing insights that drive operational improvements.
• Design and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of various departments and initiatives.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and assessments, presenting findings and recommendations to senior management.

• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform planning and performance strategies.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards that provide visibility into performance metrics across the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in performance management, strategic planning, or a related role within the e-commerce or retail sector.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing performance metrics and KPIs.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey information clearly to diverse audiences.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as Excel, Tableau, or similar platforms.
• Experience in project management and leading cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
