About the Role

The position of Senior .NET Developer at Sytac is centered within a dynamic Scrum environment where innovation is actively encouraged and aligned with practical, results-oriented delivery. Your initial priority will involve a significant technical transformation: migrating a complex backend from TypeScript to .NET. This foundational migration is critical for establishing a robust and scalable platform for future growth. Immediately following this key project, you will pivot to contribute significantly to the ongoing development, enhancement, and maintenance of a diverse portfolio of mobile applications and backend services. In this capacity, you will be responsible for designing and implementing innovative solutions that address both backend API requirements and, occasionally, specific mobile client needs. What You'll Do

Your daily responsibilities will focus on designing, developing, and optimizing the backend systems that power our applications. You will design and implement innovative solutions for backend APIs and, occasionally, interface with mobile clients to ensure seamless functionality. A major part of the role involves developing and optimizing REST APIs that cater to both internal and external consumers, ensuring high performance and reliability. You will be tasked with implementing integrations with a variety of internal and external REST services, connecting different systems and data sources. Defining appropriate backend architectures and selecting the right technologies for each specific problem space will be a regular duty. You will actively contribute to release strategies, testing processes, and overall software quality, ensuring that solutions are stable and meet business needs. Sharing knowledge with the team is essential, as you will help strengthen the DevOps culture and promote best practices across the development lifecycle. You will support the continuous development and maintenance of mobile apps and backend systems, ensuring they remain performant and up-to-date. Requirements

You are required to have a minimum HBO working and thinking level, demonstrating strong academic and intellectual capability. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role is mandatory, providing a solid foundation of practical knowledge.
