What you'll do
Greet customers and process transactions accurately and efficiently to ensure a smooth and positive visit every time.
Balance and maintain a cash drawer daily, adhering to strict cash control procedures and reconciling totals without delay.
Open and close accounts including checking, savings, CDs, and NOW accounts, verifying documentation and eligibility with care.
Deliver exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships with branch customers through attentive listening and personalized solutions.
Cross-sell banking products and services based on individual customer needs, presenting options that align with their financial goals.
Perform basic loan administration as needed, supporting the lending team with accurate and timely processing of requests.
Follow all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and the security of all client information.
Utilize bank systems and software to access account details, update records, and resolve customer inquiries in real time.
Collaborate with branch colleagues to share best practices, provide coverage during peak hours, and maintain consistent service levels.
Communicate clearly with customers to explain products, confirm details, and ensure understanding of terms, fees, and next steps.
Identify opportunities to refer complex inquiries to specialists, ensuring clients receive the most appropriate guidance and support.

Requirements
Cash handling experience required, as you will be responsible for managing currency, checks, and other financial instruments securely.
