Business Development Representative
Job description
About the role
You will own the end-to-end outbound prospecting motion for mid and large companies in Brazil, converting initial interest into scheduled meetings for the sales team. You will build and manage a robust pipeline entirely within SalesForce, ensuring that every touchpoint is tracked, analyzed, and optimized for maximum efficiency. Your daily work will involve crafting and testing email templates, mastering call scripts, and iterating on your approach based on performance data and feedback. You will act as the first strategic filter and brand ambassador for Swile, ensuring that only high-quality, sales-ready opportunities move forward. This role demands a high level of ownership, as you will be responsible for reporting on key metrics and collaborating with internal stakeholders to refine the overall go-to-market strategy. You will work in close partnership with the sales team to understand objections, validate lead quality, and guarantee a seamless handoff that turns prospects into customers. Ultimately, you will be the engine of growth for Swile Brazil, driving revenue through disciplined execution and data-driven prospecting.
