Leverage advanced CRM tools to maintain meticulous records of all client interactions, ensuring transparency and follow-through.

Monitor competitor movements and market dynamics to adjust sales strategies and maintain a decisive competitive edge.

Requirements
Must reside in or be willing to relocate to the Tampa, FL 33619 area to ensure efficient response times and market presence.
Possess a valid driver's license and maintain a clean driving record suitable for regional travel.
Hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field, or demonstrate equivalent practical experience.
Bring a minimum of five years of progressive experience in outside sales within the industrial or manufacturing sectors.
Exhibit a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and achieving consistent revenue growth in previous roles.
Showcase strong proficiency in utilizing sales management software and Microsoft Office suite to manage complex pipelines.
Demonstrate the ability to lift heavy components and work in environments requiring prolonged periods of standing or walking.
Commit to working a standard 40-hour week with flexibility to work evenings or weekends to accommodate client schedules.
