About the role
Stuut is on a mission to the accounts receivable process for B2B enterprises, particularly in sectors such as manufacturing and industrials, through an innovative AI-powered platform. We are in search of our inaugural Product Marketing Director, who will play a role in shaping our market narrative and developing the essential sales enablement tools that will drive our revenue growth.

What you'll do
- Develop and articulate the primary messaging and competitive positioning aimed at CFOs, private equity operating partners, and accounts receivable managers.
- Construct a thorough sales enablement resource library that includes tools such as ROI calculators, discovery frameworks, objection handling guides, and battlecards to facilitate the sales process.
- Generate high-impact customer evidence materials, including case studies and analytical reports, to support enterprise transactions that exceed $100,000.
- Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to effectively manage swift go-to-market strategies for newly launched features.
- Implement a competitive intelligence strategy to keep track of industry trends, pricing models, and competitor tactics.
- Supervise all external marketing initiatives by coordinating with agencies and contractors, leveraging AI workflows to ensure high-quality outputs.
- Analyze customer feedback and market data to refine product positioning and messaging continuously.
- Lead cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with sales objectives, ensuring cohesive communication across departments.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as necessary to optimize performance.
- Foster relationships with key stakeholders, including customers and partners, to enhance brand visibility and market penetration.
- Drive initiatives that enhance the overall customer experience, ensuring that marketing efforts resonate with target audiences.
- Stay abreast of technological advancements in AI and marketing trends to keep Stuut at the forefront of innovation.
Requirements
- A minimum of 6 years of experience in product marketing, with at least 1 year in a role as the first product marketing manager at an early-stage startup.
- A track record of successfully creating sales enablement resources that have directly led to revenue increases.
- Experience in marketing to decision-makers in traditional sectors that are not primarily digital-native, such as chemicals, industrials, or manufacturing.
- A comprehensive understanding of enterprise sales cycles and the intricacies of complex buying committees.
- Exceptional ability to distill technical product information into compelling and accessible messaging for executive-level audiences.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude, utilizing them to enhance research and content creation processes.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret market data and customer insights to inform marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with diverse stakeholders.
