As an Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing a portfolio of dynamic, high-growth clients. Your primary responsibility will be to guide these customers from their initial integration phase all the way through to full production and long-term growth, ensuring they derive maximum value from our offerings.

What you'll do
- Oversee the comprehensive process of transitioning signed clients to their production launch, ensuring a smooth and efficient onboarding experience.
- Identify and explore opportunities to enhance product utilization within the Privy and Stripe/Bridge ecosystem, driving customer success and satisfaction.
- Maintain and nurture relationships with a portfolio of 20 to 30 key accounts through regular outreach and quarterly business reviews, fostering strong partnerships.
- Handle contract renewals, engage in commercial negotiations, and facilitate expansion deals to maximize account growth and retention.
- Collaborate closely with sales teams to ensure a seamless transition for newly acquired accounts, aligning strategies for success.
- Advocate for customer needs within internal product and engineering teams, providing valuable insights that can influence the product roadmap and development priorities.
- Generate and present portfolio health reports and usage metrics to leadership, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
- Develop tailored strategies for each account to ensure they are fully leveraging Privy's offerings and achieving their business objectives.
- Conduct regular training sessions and workshops for clients to enhance their understanding of our products and drive adoption.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to provide strategic insights that can inform account management practices.
- Foster a culture of customer-centricity within the team, ensuring that all actions are aligned with delivering exceptional client experiences.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns that resonate with your accounts and drive engagement.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in account management, customer success, or implementation roles, particularly in sectors such as fintech, developer tools, cryptocurrency, or infrastructure.
- Demonstrated success in guiding customers through the activation and go-live phases, ensuring they are set up for success from the outset.
- Proven ability to cultivate relationships with both technical and business-oriented stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
- Experience in managing commercial responsibilities, including contract renewals, pricing negotiations, and upselling opportunities.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with enterprise-level clients and articulate complex concepts clearly.
- Strong organizational skills, enabling you to manage multiple priorities across a diverse portfolio of 20-30 accounts simultaneously.

- A genuine interest in cryptocurrency, stablecoins, or developer infrastructure, which will enhance your ability to connect with clients.
- Previous experience collaborating with engineering teams to prioritize and address customer-driven feature requests, ensuring client needs are met.
