You will own the full cycle of client interaction in your assigned territory, translating business needs into payment solutions. You will execute daily field activities to identify, approach, and sign up new merchants while reinforcing our presence in Hortolandia. The role requires a proactive mindset to manage and grow a portfolio of existing accounts through continuous support and relationship building. You will participate in daily morning meetings to align on targets, discuss challenges, and share best practices with the team. Success in this position depends on your ability to deliver high-quality service that ensures client satisfaction and retention. What you'll do
- Execute daily field visits to locate and acquire new clients within your designated geographic area.
- Conduct commercial negotiation to adapt payment solutions that meet the specific needs of each entrepreneur.
- Manage a portfolio of existing clients by providing ongoing support and identifying opportunities for expansion.
- Analyze point-of-sale behaviors to recommend tools that optimize the merchant's financial operations.
- Attend daily morning team meetings to set objectives, review performance, and exchange tactical knowledge.
- Build trust-based relationships to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
- Monitor competitor activity in Hortolandia to adjust sales strategies and maintain market relevance.

Requirements
