Identify and qualify strategic opportunities in the market, building a robust pipeline that feeds a predictable sales funnel.

Analyze competitive dynamics and market trends, translating insights into differentiated value propositions for our clients.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design commercial proposals that balance impact, feasibility, and profitability.
Own the entire commercial cycle from initial contact to contract negotiation and structured onboarding.
Monitor and forecast commercial performance with accuracy, using data to adjust plans and optimize results.
Drive the adoption of new products and features, ensuring that the sales team is equipped to communicate their value clearly.
Represent Stone in the market with credibility, aligning your actions with ethical standards and the company's long-term vision.
Lead and mentor junior team members, sharing best practices and fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
Coordinate cross-functional initiatives that ensure alignment between Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams.
Champion a culture of innovation, encouraging the team to explore new ways of solving problems for entrepreneurs.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements in all commercial interactions and documentation.
Contribute to the development of playbooks and methodologies that elevate the standards of commercial excellence across the organization.
Requirements
You possess a bachelor's degree in Administration, Business, Marketing, or a related field that provides a solid foundation in commercial principles.
You bring a minimum of 6 years of experience in sales management or key account management within the financial technology or payments sector in Brazil.
You have a proven track record of managing a portfolio of strategic clients, demonstrating the ability to retain and grow revenue over time.
You are fluent in Portuguese and demonstrate advanced communication skills, both written and verbal, for high-level professional contexts.
You have experience using CRM platforms and commercial management tools to track pipelines, forecast results, and analyze performance metrics.
You are comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where priorities evolve rapidly and decisions must be made with incomplete information.
You understand the B2B sales cycle, including stakeholder mapping, commercial negotiation, and the alignment of complex solutions with organizational needs.
You have a history of meeting or exceeding established targets, showing discipline in forecasting and execution.
Nice to have
Experience in the adoption of digital payment solutions for small and medium-sized enterprises is a strong advantage.
Knowledge of the Brazilian fintech regulatory environment and key players in the payments ecosystem is considered beneficial.
Familiarity with management methodologies such as OKRs, agile sales practices, and performance dashboards is valued.
Experience with data analysis tools and visualization platforms that support commercial decision-making is a preference.
Background in mentoring or leading high-performance sales teams in a competitive market is an asset.

The position operates on a hybrid schedule, combining remote and in-office days.
There may be travel requirements within the Carapicuiba region and the state of São Paulo for client meetings and strategic engagements.
