What you'll do
- Execute external routines to prospect new clients across the designated route and sector.
- Manage the portfolio of active clients and post-sale relationships to sustain retention and growth.
- Participate in daily team matins to define plans, objectives, and exchange learning moments.
- Deliver an excellence-focused service to our client at every touchpoint and decision.
- Interpret market signals and translate them into actions that generate value for the client and the business.
- Apply commercial negotiation techniques to adjust proposals and close agreements aligned with objectives.
- Monitor key indicators to evaluate results and adjust actions continuously for improvement.
- Coordinate with internal areas to resolve incidents and ensure fluid, fast service flows.
- Use technology tools to prioritize tasks, manage pipelines, and optimize territory coverage.
- Maintain updated records of interactions, opportunities, and commitments in the systems.
- Support tactical actions for campaigns and offers that expand the footprint and loyalty.
- Build trust and credibility with entrepreneurs through consistent, transparent, and ethical conduct.
Requirements
- Complete high school education or equivalent certification as a minimum academic requirement.
- Demonstrate prior experience in external sales within the acquisition sector or financial services.
- Show mastery in negotiation and commercial approach to handle objections and close opportunities.
- Work oriented strictly towards results, discipline, and the achievement of established goals.
- Ability to work independently and in coordination with cross-functional teams under pressure.
- Effective communication skills in Portuguese for clear and persuasive daily interactions.
- Willingness to travel regularly within the territory and adapt to frequent schedule changes.
- Commitment to compliance with internal policies, regulations, and data security standards.
- Flexibility to operate in hybrid schedules with presence at the office in Sao Roque as defined.
