Senior Product Engineer 1
Job description
About the role
Stepful is redefining how America's largest health systems build, train, and retain their talent as a workforce platform addressing the national healthcare worker shortage. In this role, you own the design and delivery of the core learning experience and career services that train and place over 32,000 practice-ready healthcare workers annually. You will build and iterate on the adaptive Learning Management System and the generative AI tools that power job placement, interview training, and resume generation for graduates entering top health systems. You will also design and maintain the internal platforms that upskill instructors, coaches, and operators to optimize student outcomes at scale. You will leverage data and rapid experimentation to continuously improve user engagement, retention, and job placement metrics across a high-impact EdTech and healthcare mission. You will partner closely with product, clinical, and operations leaders to ensure the technology supports real-world workforce pipelines for employers like NY-Presbyterian, Mt. Sinai, HCA, Providence, CVS, and Walgreens.
