About the role

You will own the deployment and adoption of Squint's industrial AI inside the doors of F500 industrial customers who make the world go round. This is not a configuration job, and it is not consulting; you will stand in the messy industrial environments where legacy systems, spotty connectivity, and workers on AR headsets are the norm, and you will turn that reality into working, adopted systems. You will drive true AI adoption in the industrial world from kickoff to go-live, leading the AI roadmap for our F500 industrial customers and being accountable for getting Squint working and delivering real value at a customer site. You will build in the product with no code required, pulling use cases from operators, structuring procedures, standing up the customer's knowledge graph, and shaping Squint's AI to each site's equipment, systems, and language. You will go where the work is, spending real time on floors and in the field, watching how frontline teams actually operate, closing the gap between deployed and depended on, and cutting time-to-value at every site. You will earn trust at every level, from frontline operator to plant manager to exec sponsor, and you will make the product sharper by feeding every deployment insight back into what we build next.

What you'll do

• Drive true AI adoption in the industrial world, leading the AI roadmap for our F500 industrial customers from kickoff to go-live and being accountable for real value at a customer site.

• Own the deployment and adoption of Squint inside F500 industrial doors, ensuring the system is used every shift and trusted by the floor.
• Translate messy, real-world environments into structured procedures and context so that AI agents can act reliably on essential tribal knowledge, standards docs, and OT data.
• Partner with Fortune 500 leaders in manufacturing, field services, and utilities like PepsiCo, Continental Tire, and Tenneco to turn their standards docs and OT data into orchestrated work.
• Act as the fastest path from field learning to product improvement, surfacing insights that directly shape Squint's roadmap and capabilities.
• Operate comfortably in noisy, low-connectivity settings while wearing AR headsets and working alongside legacy systems to unlock value where it lives.
• Balance time on-site learning deeply with time at a desk scaling what works into repeatable patterns.

Requirements

• You make good calls with incomplete information, and you would rather decide and adjust than wait for a playbook.
