Requirements

- Your analytical mindset allows you to analyze both quantitative and qualitative data to uncover pain points and opportunities.
- Daily collaboration with engineering, design, UX research, and analytics teams is a standard part of your workflow.
- You excel at translating customer insights into actionable roadmaps and clear documentation for stakeholder consumption.
- Your experience includes using product analytics to understand behavior and measure outcomes effectively over time.
- You communicate decisions, priorities, and results with clarity to all stakeholders across various organizational levels.
- You possess a strong understanding of customer-centric discovery practices that guide your strategic decisions.
- Experience with IoT is considered a significant advantage for this position handling hardware-adjacent products.
