QA Specialist
Job description
About the role
You will define and drive the quality strategy for our upcoming mobile titles, owning the test plan and ensuring every build meets the high standards expected from a leading mobile gaming company. You will act as the central communication hub between design, engineering, and product, translating requirements into clear test cases and success metrics. This role requires you to own the end-to-end testing workflow, from initial feature scoping through final release sign-off, while maintaining detailed documentation of processes and outcomes. You will continuously evaluate and refine our testing procedures, implementing improvements that increase efficiency and coverage across the development lifecycle. As a key member of the product team, you will proactively identify potential quality risks before they impact users or delay launches. You will mentor other team members on best practices for quality assurance, fostering a shared understanding of testing goals and standards. Your work will directly influence the player experience, ensuring that each release is stable, polished, and ready for a global audience. You will stay up to date with industry trends in mobile testing tools and methodologies, applying this knowledge to keep our processes at the forefront of the industry.
