What you'll do

• Lead and manage multiple technical projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and client expectations.
• Develop comprehensive project plans that outline scope, objectives, timelines, and resources required to achieve project success.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to facilitate effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to address any challenges that arise.
• Conduct regular project meetings to review status updates, discuss issues, and ensure all stakeholders are informed of project developments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in a technical or software development environment.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects with cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in project management software tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Microsoft Project) and collaboration platforms (e.g., Slack, Confluence).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with software development processes and technical terminology is highly desirable.

Nice to have

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
• Experience in managing projects in a cloud computing or software as a service (SaaS) environment.
