About the role
SpaceX is seeking a Treasury Analyst to manage the financial operations that support the Starlink business globally. In this capacity, you will be responsible for overseeing worldwide cash management initiatives and ensuring seamless banking operations. You will act as a key liaison between the treasury function and internal stakeholders to drive strategic financial improvements. What you'll do
- Oversee the global banking network and establish relationships with financial institutions.
- Generate advanced analytics and detailed reports to elevate treasury operations and decision-making.
- Examine and resolve discrepancies related to international cash movements and bank settlements.
- Collaborate with tax, legal, accounting, and FP&A teams on cross-functional cash management strategies.
- Evaluate and refine the existing banking infrastructure to improve reliability and scalability.
- Design and implement treasury systems that enable efficient global growth and data accuracy.
- Monitor foreign exchange exposures and optimize cash positioning across multiple jurisdictions.
- Lead initiatives to strengthen internal controls and ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
- Support the development of financial models that forecast liquidity and funding requirements.
- Perform bank account maintenance and ensure proper documentation for all treasury activities.
- Coordinate with technology teams to integrate treasury operations with enterprise software solutions.
- Identify opportunities for process automation to reduce manual effort and increase precision.
- Ensure all cash management practices align with corporate risk policies and compliance frameworks.
- Facilitate timely responses to audit requests and regulatory inquiries regarding treasury functions.
Requirements
- Hold a Bachelor degree in any field of study.
- Possess a minimum of 1 year of experience in corporate treasury or treasury banking operations.
- Maintain U.S. citizenship, lawful permanent residency, refugee status, or asylee status to satisfy ITAR requirements.
- Demonstrate availability to work extended hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet critical deadlines.
- Show the ability to perform under pressure while managing multiple demanding assignments simultaneously.
- Exhibit a high level of integrity and professionalism in handling confidential financial information.
- Comply with all company policies and security protocols related to financial operations.
- Commit to following standardized procedures for all treasury-related tasks and documentation.
- Understand the importance of accuracy and timeliness in processing cash transactions.

Practical notes
This role is strictly onsite in Hawthorne, CA.
Salary range is $85,000 to $120,000 per year, determined by experience and education. Total compensation includes potential stock options, long-term cash awards, discretionary bonuses, and an Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
