About the role
SpaceX is seeking a dedicated professional to manage the full lifecycle of enterprise customer relationships for the Starlink satellite network. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring successful onboarding, service activation, and long-term account growth. In this capacity, you will own the strategic direction and day-to-day execution of key enterprise relationships, driving both revenue expansion and customer satisfaction. You are responsible for navigating complex stakeholder landscapes to ensure alignment between customer needs and SpaceX capabilities. The role demands a high level of ownership and accountability for the commercial success of assigned accounts. You will act as a critical bridge between internal technical teams and external client organizations to resolve issues proactively. Success in this position is defined by your ability to build trusted partnerships while meeting rigorous operational and financial objectives.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Manage a portfolio of enterprise accounts, handling everything from initial contract signature to ongoing service expansion.
- Support customers with specialized needs in sectors like trucking, oil and gas, and primary or secondary connectivity.
- Standardize and scale internal processes to improve how custom solutions are delivered to clients.
- Act as the internal voice for customers, translating feedback into technical and programmatic improvements.
- Monitor account revenue, ensuring forecasted targets are met or exceeded through proactive management.
- Identify and implement system enhancements to streamline cross-functional handoffs.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans that outline growth initiatives and key performance indicators.
- Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to resolve technical issues impacting customer experience.
- Provide regular reporting and insights to leadership regarding account health, risks, and opportunities.
- Facilitate workshops with clients to uncover new use cases and expansion opportunities within the Starlink ecosystem.
- Negotiate contract terms and service level agreements to align with customer requirements and business goals.
- Coordinate cross-functional resources to ensure timely delivery of solutions and commitments are met.
- Leverage data analytics to identify trends, forecast demand, and prioritize account interventions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level stakeholders at customer organizations.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree OR high school diploma/equivalency with 10+ years of experience in engineering, operations, business development, or account management.
- 3+ years of experience in project management or consulting.
- 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role.
- Ability to work extended hours or weekends during critical operational milestones.
- Willingness to travel up to 15% of the time.
- Must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, asylee, or refugee to meet ITAR requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills essential for interfacing with technical and executive audiences.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding performance targets and quotas.
- Experience working with complex technical products and explaining value propositions to non-technical audiences.
- High level of integrity, judgment, and discretion when handling confidential information.
- Adaptability to changing business priorities and willingness to learn new technologies quickly.
- Commitment to working safely and following all company procedures and protocols.

- Knowledge of industries such as maritime, rail, agriculture, cellular backhaul, or satellite communications.
- Technical familiarity with telecommunications infrastructure, including ground networks, user terminals, or satellites.

Practical notes
- Salary range: $115,000 to $150,000 per year.
- Compensation includes potential long-term incentives such as stock options or cash awards, discretionary bonuses, and an Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
