CNC Programmer - Level 4/5
Job description
About the role
This position requires a deep understanding of all CNC machining and programming processes to drive operational excellence. You will collaborate closely with machinists, team leads, engineers, and management to enhance productivity and refine machining programs and procedures. The role is specifically designated for the 2nd shift to ensure continuity and optimization during overnight operations. You will be responsible for owning the end-to-end programming lifecycle for critical components. This includes identifying bottlenecks and implementing solutions that improve throughput and quality. Your work will directly impact the efficiency of the production floor and the reliability of the machining workflow. You are expected to act as a technical leader, mentoring less experienced team members on best practices. Success in this role means consistently delivering program updates that reduce cycle times and improve first-time part quality.
