What you'll do

Walk-throughs keep lobbies, restrooms, the Cow shed spa, and F&B spaces orderly, with consistent checks supporting cleanliness and member confidence.

Surfaces and stock receive dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, ceiling vents are cleaned, and restroom cleaning is performed, while supplies are tracked to maintain readiness for members and guests.

Rooms deep cleaning procedures are supported in coordination with the housekeeping team to uphold standards across all guest areas.

Health and safety rules, including IIPP, workers' compensation, and allergy protocols, are followed and proper signage is placed to protect members, guests, and staff.

Daily inspections and maintenance activities are documented to provide a clear record of property conditions and actions taken.

Deficiencies and repair needs are reported promptly to management so issues are addressed quickly for a safe environment.

Refuse is disposed of properly, storage areas are maintained, and back landing zones are restocked as needed to sustain functionality.

All tasks, including those assigned by a supervisor or manager, are completed in alignment with company policies and local, state, and federal law.

Requirements

At least 1 year of proven experience in cleaning, maintenance, or housekeeping is expected to perform these duties reliably.
