What you'll do
- Lead the product strategy for SoFi's Core Banking offerings, ensuring alignment with the company's overall vision and goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, compliance, and marketing, to develop and launch innovative banking products.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, competitive landscape, and emerging trends in the banking sector.

Requirements
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in product management, specifically within the banking or fintech sectors.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing banking products from conception to market.
- Strong understanding of banking regulations and compliance requirements, with the ability to navigate complex legal landscapes.
- Excellent analytical skills, with experience using data to drive product decisions and measure success.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with diverse stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience working in an agile development environment, with a strong focus on collaboration and iterative improvement.
- Ability to think strategically while also being detail-oriented, ensuring that both the big picture and finer points are addressed.
- A passion for innovation and a deep understanding of customer needs in the financial services space.
