What you'll do

• Analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement, providing actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with various departments, including finance, marketing, and product development, to streamline processes and enhance overall business performance.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics.
• Lead cross-functional projects aimed at improving operational workflows and customer experiences, ensuring alignment with company goals.
• Conduct regular assessments of business processes, identifying gaps and proposing solutions that drive efficiency and effectiveness.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management, summarizing findings and recommendations based on data analysis.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to gather requirements, discuss findings, and drive consensus on operational improvements.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in business operations, leveraging insights to inform strategic decision-making.
• Mentor and guide junior analysts, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development within the team.
• Support the implementation of new tools and technologies that enhance operational capabilities and improve data accuracy.
• Collaborate with the IT department to ensure that data systems are optimized for reporting and analysis, contributing to the overall data strategy.
• Monitor the effectiveness of implemented strategies and processes, making adjustments as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in business operations, data analysis, or a related field, preferably within the financial services industry.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, and data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and draw meaningful conclusions.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present findings to diverse audiences.
• Proven project management skills, with experience leading cross-functional initiatives from inception to completion.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing operational challenges.
• Familiarity with financial services regulations and compliance standards is a plus.
