Stock Plan Administrator
Job description
Stock Plan Administrator
We are looking for a Stock Plan Administrator to own the full lifecycle of our Employee Stock Purchase Plan and equity compliance for our global members. In this role, you will turn complex rules into clear, repeatable processes and execute them with calm precision. You will operate at the intersection of oversight, global scaling, and strategic compliance, ensuring our equity administration remains accurate and resilient as we grow. This is a hands-on position that balances technical execution with process leadership, enabling our team to scale efficiently while maintaining strict governance.
The role reports into our equity operations structure and works closely with Equity Leadership, Payroll, Tax, Legal, and external vendors. You will drive critical projects forward, automate manual workflows, and build tools that support consistency across regions. If you are detail-oriented, analytically minded, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced fintech environment, this role is a strong fit.
About the role
Stock Plan Administrator
This position is central to maintaining the integrity and scalability of our equity programs. You will own the end-to-end administration of the Employee Stock Purchase Plan, translating regulatory and plan rules into accurate, auditable workflows. The role requires a balance of technical expertise and cross-functional collaboration to support a global, mobile workforce. You will act as a key steward of our equity compliance framework, ensuring consistent execution across all regions while partnering with Payroll, Tax, Legal, and external administrators. This is an opportunity to build durable processes and tools that reinforce trust and transparency in our equity programs.
Key Responsibilities
You will design intake workflows that capture plan changes and validate member data with high accuracy. This includes building automation around Fidelity NetBenefits and Excel models to support ESPP operations on a global scale. You will review transactions and run compliance checks, making sure outputs meet internal governance and external mobility standards.
You will coordinate with Payroll, Tax, Legal, and external partners to ship process improvements that reduce manual effort and strengthen controls. A large part of the role involves translating complex equity rules into simple communications and training materials for employees, in partnership with our equity leadership. You will operationalize mobility tax sourcing methodologies with People, Payroll, and vendors to ensure consistent execution worldwide.
Other core responsibilities include championing system integrations that minimize manual steps, guiding ESPP enrollment and withdrawal processes, and maintaining rigorous oversight of data quality. You will ensure that end-to-end workflows remain reliable, auditable, and scalable as our member base and geographic footprint expand.
What You Need
You bring 3-5 years of experience in public company equity administration, with exposure to RSU, PSU, and ESPP lifecycles. You are fluent in Fidelity NetBenefits (SPS) and advanced Excel, and you build models that catch errors before they escalate. A Bachelor's degree is required, and CEP or ECA certification is a plus.
You think critically, manage deadlines as an owner, and communicate clearly with cross-functional stakeholders. You are bilingual in English and Spanish, familiar with Alteryx, Python, or SQL, and comfortable working in a high-growth fintech. Your background includes a strong sense of accountability, collaborative spirit, and the ability to operate across departments such as Payroll, Tax, and Legal.

Experience operationalizing equity programs for a mobile, globally engaged workforce is valuable but not required.
