You will cultivate a repeatable methodology that standardizes best practices while empowering teams to adapt to unique industry and regulatory constraints. A critical component of this position involves mentoring senior consultants and solution architects, elevating the collective capability of the regional technical organization. You will leverage data and insights to prioritize initiatives, optimize resource allocation, and drive measurable improvements in deal quality and velocity. Success in this role will be measured by your ability to de-risk large-scale deployments and establish Snowflake as the definitive strategic partner for digital transformation. You will act as a key interface with product and engineering teams, channeling client feedback into the evolution of our platform and go-to-market strategy.
