About the role

You will own the technical narrative and execution for Snowflake's Partner ecosystem across India, acting as the primary technical bridge between Snowflake and our System Integrators, Cloud Service Providers, and Technology Partners. You will leverage AI-native tools and methodologies to reinvent traditional engagement models, ensuring partners can fully leverage the Power of Snowflake AI Data Cloud. You will cultivate deep, high-trust relationships with partner technical and executive stakeholders, positioning yourself as their trusted advisor for data platform strategy. You will rapidly test emerging Snowflake capabilities and translate them into practical, joint business outcomes through experimentation and low-ego collaboration. Your role is not just to support partners but to redefine how technical value is delivered and scaled across the Snowflake partner network.

What you'll do

Architect and deliver comprehensive technical enablement programs, including workshops, certifications, and hands-on labs, to elevate partner proficiency in Snowflake architecture and best practices.

Co-create industry-specific solutions and accelerators with partners, such as data migration frameworks and industry data models, to align Snowflake products with partner service offerings.

Present complex technical concepts and strategic roadmaps to both technical practitioners and executive leaders using whiteboarding, demonstrations, and narrative storytelling.

Lead and support Snowflake and partner events, including hackathons and proof of concept initiatives, to drive awareness, adoption, and successful implementation.

Partner closely on strategic customer engagements, defining use cases, delivering compelling presentations, and executing Proofs of Concept to ensure positive customer outcomes.

Own the partner technology roadmap by developing reference architectures and delivery methodologies that help partners scale their Snowflake practices effectively.

Advocate for partner and customer needs internally, providing direct feedback to Snowflake product teams to influence feature development and ecosystem strategy.

Maintain a deep understanding of the broader Platform ecosystem, including competitive positioning, to serve as the definitive technical advisor for partners within the region.

Drive the adoption of DevOps and CI/CD best practices among partners by demonstrating tools such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, AWS CodePipeline, and Google Cloud Build.

Utilize big data and cloud integration technologies like Azure Data Factory, AWS Glue, and AWS Lambda to build scalable data pipelines that support partner innovation.

Requirements

Possess 10+ years of relevant industry experience demonstrating a consistent track record of success in enterprise technology.

Have documented experience engaging with Global Systems Integrators, Regional System Integrators, Cloud Service Providers, and Technology Partners within the Indian region.

Developed data domain thought leadership that is recognized within partner communities, establishing credibility and influence.

Show a deep comprehension of Partner revenue models, industry priorities, and the key challenges partners navigate in the current market.

Demonstrate proven experience designing and building highly scalable data pipelines using Spark and Kafka for ingesting data from diverse systems.

Exhibit strong SQL and data warehousing fundamentals, with cloud data warehouse experience being a distinct advantage.

Have hands-on technical experience with a portfolio of Snowflake Technology Partners specializing in Data Engineering, Data Science, Collaboration, and Cyber Security.

Show strong proficiency with DevOps and CI/CD processes and tools, including Azure DevOps, Jenkins, AWS CodePipeline, and Google Cloud Build.

Possess extensive experience with major cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud, along with their associated tooling.

Demonstrate experience using Big Data or Cloud integration technologies such as Azure Data Factory, AWS Glue, and AWS Lambda.

Show that AI/ML use cases have been part of your portfolio, highlighting an ability to leverage AI for data platform innovation.

Practical notes

This role requires travel up to 50% within India throughout the quarter to support partner engagement such as enablement, deal support and marketing events.
