You will act as a high-trust AI collaborator, using advanced capabilities to test new approaches and simplify complex delivery challenges for elite clients. You will lead from the front by managing high-impact engagements that accelerate revenue growth and deepen customer transformation. You will collaborate with cross-functional experts to redefine how work gets done in the cloud data era. You will move with an experimental mindset, rapidly iterating on service models to uncover stronger value propositions. You will ensure that every project aligns with client business outcomes while maintaining exceptional satisfaction levels. You will own the end-to-end lifecycle of professional services, from strategy and proposal to execution and forecasting.

Report to a Consulting Practice Director and align with markets or industries, working closely with a Sales District Manager and Account Executives.
Be responsible for driving service sales enablement and execution while ensuring successful delivery and meeting quarterly bookings and utilization targets.
Be measured on consumption progress and meeting consumption targets as part of the broader account team.
Serve as the primary Professional Services point of contact for assigned accounts, aligning services delivery with key business outcomes.
Help create and execute on the overall vision for services, covering both sales-driven and delivery excellence initiatives.
Own the services delivery roadmap, including proposals, closing services opportunities, and end-to-end project execution.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, scope solutions, propose services, and sell Professional Services and Training to new and existing clients.
Develop detailed scope and associated Statements of Work (SOWs) for customer services engagements.
Drive internal deal reviews to ensure alignment and that project scope is clearly defined for customer success and delivery.
Understand and help optimize business operations processes for services sales and delivery efficiency.
Build strong cross-functional relationships within Snowflake GTM teams, including legal, deal desk, account teams, sales, PS&T leadership, workload services, and partner teams.
Provide bookings forecasts and demonstrate strong command of your book of business pipeline and pipeline health.
Align services engagements to key customer business outcomes and strategic priorities in the financial services market.
Drive alignment with executive sponsors and customer stakeholders to ensure visibility and executive sponsorship.
Collaborate with other delivery partners such as SIs, GSIs, and other professional services organizations to support joint project delivery.
Serve as the initial point of escalation for both customer issues and internal project teams when needed.
Own project outcomes, including managing project financials such as revenue forecasting and expense management.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction as reflected in formal and informal survey scores and qualitative feedback.
Collaborate with Education Services teams to design and deliver relevant training offerings for client teams.
Provide specific services delivery activities tailored to the role, including Business Value roadmaps, Business Value assessments, strategic roadmaps, and Data Cloud Assessments.
Deeply collaborate with Account Executives and Sales Engineers on account strategy, pipeline development, and win themes.
You must have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
You must have at least eight years of cumulative experience in professional services, consulting, or solutions-oriented roles.
You must have at least eight years of experience delivering data, analytics, cloud, or technology solutions in a enterprise-scale environment.
You must have at least eight years of experience managing teams, including mentoring, coaching, and developing direct and indirect reports.
You must have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding bookings, utilization, and consumption targets in a services environment.
You must be able to demonstrate success in managing complex, high-stake client engagements in regulated industries.
You must possess strong written and verbal communication skills to influence executive-level stakeholders.
You must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where priorities evolve rapidly.
Experience in the Financial Services industry is strongly preferred and would provide deep context for client engagements.
Proven experience delivering Data Cloud, analytics, or AI initiatives for enterprise clients.
Experience with service delivery frameworks, SOW development, and proposal creation.
Knowledge of Snowflake products and the broader data ecosystem.
This role is completely remote and can be based anywhere in the Eastern Timezone.
Hours are full-time.
Travel is not required.
