Head of Brand
Job description
Head of Brand at Slash Financial.
About the role
You will own the end-to-end brand strategy that defines how Slash appears to the world, setting the visual and verbal identity for every customer touchpoint. You will translate the technical complexity of our banking infrastructure into a simple, human-centered story that non-fintech audiences can immediately grasp and share. You will build top-of-funnel awareness at scale, ensuring that Slash is recognized as the default choice for modern businesses seeking a tailored financial experience. You will act as the primary storyteller for the brand, curating narratives that align product features with cultural trends. You will design and deploy large-scale brand moments that capture attention in crowded digital and physical environments. You will establish the foundational systems and playbooks that allow the brand team to operate efficiently as we scale. You will measure the impact of brand initiatives using a mix of qualitative resonance and quantitative growth indicators. You will work hand-in-hand with content and organic growth teams to ensure that paid and owned channels tell one cohesive story.
