The successful candidate will take ownership of the end to end employee journey, ensuring that every interaction with the HR function is smooth, accurate, and supportive of the business goals. You will be expected to leverage technology and a curious mindset to identify opportunities for efficiency and to remove operational friction. The role requires a proactive approach to advising stakeholders and a commitment to maintaining consistent standards across different regions. You will work closely with cross functional partners to align HR initiatives with the overall strategy of the company. What you'll do
- Oversee the complete employee lifecycle for multiple regions, handling onboarding, internal movements, promotions, transfers, and offboarding while ensuring all HR records remain precise and up to date.
- Coordinate complex HR operations by partnering with Finance, payroll providers, external vendors, and internal teams to guarantee timely and accurate processing of payroll, benefits administration, and regulatory compliance.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for employees and managers, delivering clear guidance on company policies, benefits enrollment, and lifecycle matters to create a consistent and positive experience.
- Analyze existing HR workflows, identify bottlenecks, and design streamlined solutions that improve accuracy, reduce manual effort, and support scalable growth.
- Champion the adoption of AI, automation, and digital tools within the HR function to enhance efficiency, improve data quality, and elevate the overall employee experience.
- Offer constructive perspectives on current practices, challenge assumptions where appropriate, and introduce innovative ideas to evolve the company's People strategies and cultural development.
- Partner with the broader People team on strategic initiatives such as hiring campaigns, learning programs, employee engagement surveys, and cross functional projects that require HR expertise.
- Lead specific HR projects from conception to implementation, ensuring that solutions are practical, compliant, and capable of supporting the organization as it scales.
- Maintain strong data hygiene within HRIS and related systems, ensuring that all employee information is secure, confidential, and readily accessible for authorized users.
- Act as a change agent by supporting the rollout of new policies, tools, and procedures while managing communication and training for affected stakeholders.
- Monitor key HR metrics and prepare reports that provide actionable insights to leadership, helping to inform decision making and resource planning.
- Ensure that all HR activities adhere to local regulations and internal standards, reducing risk and promoting a robust control environment across regions.
Requirements
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related field that provides a solid foundation in employment law and organizational behavior.
- Bring a minimum of 3 years of hands on experience in HR Operations, functioning as an HR Generalist, or working within a People Operations capacity in a professional environment.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of the end to end employee lifecycle and best practices associated with efficient HR operations.
- Show practical experience with HRIS platforms, payroll systems, and the creation of accurate HR documentation such as policies, contracts, and reports.
- Exhibit excellent organizational abilities, with meticulous attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic setting.
- Communicate effectively in both written and spoken English, maintaining a professional tone in all internal and external interactions.
- Display strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, building trust and collaboration across diverse teams and locations.
- Maintain a high level of curiosity and a willingness to learn about various HR specialty areas beyond your primary focus, even when topics are outside your immediate expertise.
- Operate in a proactive, adaptable manner while remaining comfortable and effective in a fast paced, international work environment.
- Uphold confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with discretion and integrity at all times.
