Your Daily Contributions
You will manage the flow of new commercial projects, orchestrating intake procedures and organizing all initial documentation. A key function involves designing detailed project timelines that synchronize crews and materials across various active job sites. You will act as a liaison with estimators to verify budgets and manage change orders prior to on-site work. The role requires leading progress updates to ensure clients remain informed about milestones, changes, and upcoming activities. You will schedule subcontractors to ensure material deliveries align with construction phases, minimizing downtime. Tracking quality metrics and inspection items will be essential to secure client sign-off. Facilitating handover activities will close out contracts and capture valuable lessons learned for future projects. Finally, you will support cross-regional collaboration, ensuring teams in California, Washington, and Illinois function as a unified group.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must possess authorization to work in the United States for any employer. The ideal candidate brings three years of experience in project support positions within the construction industry or a related field. Clear communication with trade partners, clients, and internal stakeholders is mandatory when handling complex tasks. You must be proficient in managing schedules, documents, and project data using standard office software and construction-specific applications. The ability to handle multiple assignments accurately while meeting firm deadlines is required. Local travel for project visits is necessary, and occasional evening work may be required to support critical project milestones.
