About the role
You will act as a trusted advisor to hotel owners, guiding them on how SiteMinder's products can solve real business challenges and drive measurable value. You will own the full sales cycle for your portfolio, including outreach, discovery, demo delivery, negotiation, and closing deals. You will build awareness and demand for SiteMinder's revenue management solutions within your assigned market segment. You will translate complex platform capabilities into clear, compelling stories that resonate with hoteliers' day-to-day needs. You will position SiteMinder as the strategic partner that helps properties grow revenue and improve online performance. You will act as the primary link between customers and internal teams, ensuring feedback shapes product understanding and commercial success. You will champion the SiteMinder brand while consistently demonstrating the core values of hustle, collaboration, growth, and simplicity in every interaction.

What you'll do
Generate new business opportunities and manage a full pipeline of prospects within your target segment. Conduct in-depth discovery sessions to understand hoteliers' distribution and revenue management challenges. Deliver tailored product demonstrations that highlight how SiteMinder solves specific business problems. Prepare and present detailed proposals and accurate quotes that align with customer needs and SiteMinder's commercial standards. Negotiate contract terms to balance customer value with SiteMinder's profitability and strategic goals. Achieve and exceed assigned sales KPIs, daily, weekly, and monthly, through consistent activity and pipeline management. Maintain precise and up-to-date records of all sales activities, interactions, and pipeline stages in the CRM. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to incorporate customer feedback into product discussions and improvements. Build relationships with local travel associations and industry groups to raise awareness of SiteMinder's market position. Attend industry events and partner meetings, representing SiteMinder professionally at customer locations when required. Develop consultative selling skills to guide prospects through complex decisions and long sales cycles. Coach and mentor peers on best practices, drawing from your own successful techniques and disciplined sales habits. Drive adoption of SiteMinder's platform by supporting customers during onboarding and early usage stages. Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts, leading upsell and renewal discussions with confidence.
Requirements
You hold a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience that demonstrates your ability to succeed in this role. You possess at least three years of proven experience in Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) sales within a competitive environment. You are fluent in German at a minimum C2 level, with professional proficiency in English for both written and verbal communication. You have a confident phone presence and are fearless in leading meetings with prospects of all sizes and seniority levels. You demonstrate strong communication skills in professional settings, maintaining clarity in writing and clarity on the phone. You show self-motivation and resilience, consistently showing up each day and giving your best regardless of market conditions. You have a documented growth mindset, openly seeking feedback and coaching to improve your performance over time. You are comfortable using CRM tools to manage complex pipelines and ensure accurate forecasting and reporting.
