As a , you will play a pivotal role in driving sales performance across various products and territories. Your primary responsibility will be to meet or exceed sales targets while developing strategic plans and budgets tailored to specific market segments. You will lead product support and solution planning throughout the product lifecycle, ensuring effective pricing strategies and comprehensive service delivery. This position requires building strong business relationships with key accounts and internal stakeholders, ultimately contributing to the growth and success of the organization.

What you'll do
- Achieve or surpass assigned sales objectives for products and overall client accounts within designated territories.
- Create and implement budgets and forecasts, developing actionable plans for relevant market segments.
- Lead the product support and solution planning process, ensuring alignment with pricing strategies and service delivery.
- Cultivate robust business relationships with senior-level personnel at key accounts, culminating in Joint Business Plans (JBPs) with high-volume clients.
- Collaborate with the Customer Service department to monitor product manufacturing and delivery, ensuring quality and timely service.
- Foster strong internal relationships with departments such as finance, services, production, and logistics.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and present findings to both internal and external stakeholders, highlighting successes and areas for improvement through monthly reports.
- Drive continuous optimization and process improvements within existing business operations, developing strategies to penetrate and expand market presence.
- Identify and recommend opportunities for innovation based on internal development or strategic acquisition targets.
- Promote a team-oriented work environment, emphasizing the importance of internal collaboration to exceed customer expectations.
- Build and develop a high-performing sales team through training and career development initiatives within the region.
- Manage talent-related activities throughout the employee lifecycle, from recruitment to termination.
- Coordinate training for team members and support their development for future roles.
- Operate within allocated budgets for sales expenses and business activities.
- Ensure accurate pricing application across all accounts and follow up on overdue payments as necessary.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Over 7 years of experience in sales, including product sales, customer service, and market engagement.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
- Familiarity with dashboards in Power BI for data analysis and reporting.
- Advanced proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
