Sigma Computing is experiencing rapid growth, having surpassed $200 million in total revenue. We are seeking a Revenue Operations Manager to play a central role in a business generating approximately $40 million in annual recurring revenue (ARR), which is doubling each year. This position involves close collaboration with our Area Vice President of Sales, allowing you to influence decisions and strategies directly. You will own the end-to-end operational integrity of the revenue engine, ensuring alignment between sales execution and corporate objectives. The role requires a proactive mindset to diagnose bottlenecks and drive initiatives that enhance predictability and efficiency across the sales lifecycle. You will be responsible for establishing the foundational structures that enable scalable growth while maintaining a high-touch customer focus. This is a strategic opportunity to shape the operational backbone of a high-growth SaaS business at a critical inflection point.

What you'll do
- Orchestrate the operational cadence of a dynamic sales organization, including quarterly business reviews, planning cycles, and leadership retreats.
- Architect the annual planning process in collaboration with sales leadership, ensuring the plan is tailored to our unique market position and growth trajectory.
- Analyze key performance indicators, identify potential risks, and interpret pipeline trends to proactively guide strategic business decisions.
- Pioneer the implementation of AI-driven workflows to reduce manual tasks, enabling the team to concentrate on high-value strategic decision-making.
- Develop a direct relationship with senior leadership, providing insightful recommendations and remaining open to constructive challenges that refine strategy.
- Standardize sales methodologies and playbooks to create a consistent and repeatable go-to-market engine capable of supporting rapid expansion.
- Drive the optimization of sales compensation plans and territory structures to support performance goals and market competitiveness.
- Partner with finance to ensure accurate forecasting, revenue recognition, and adherence to financial controls within the sales organization.
- Leverage data analytics to uncover actionable insights that improve sales productivity, win rates, and overall revenue performance.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on revenue operations best practices, mentoring cross-functional partners on tools and processes.
- Oversee the selection, implementation, and administration of sales technology stacks to maximize system efficiency and user adoption.
- Establish governance frameworks that ensure data integrity, process compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives across the revenue team.
- Act as a central liaison between sales, marketing, and finance to streamline communication and align on shared objectives.
- Monitor competitive landscape shifts and translate findings into operational recommendations that maintain a strategic advantage.
- Champion a culture of accountability, transparency, and data-driven decision-making across all revenue operations activities.
Requirements
- Bring 8 to 10 years of experience in Sales Strategy, Revenue Operations, or a Chief of Staff role within a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of the operational aspects of a successful go-to-market strategy, including pipeline management and annual planning.
- Exhibit excellent communication skills, with the ability to distill complex information for various audiences effectively.
- Show comfort working in fast-paced environments and adeptness at managing changing priorities with resilience.
- Display a genuine interest in AI and automation, with tangible experience integrating these technologies into operational processes.
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to New York City to ensure proximity to key stakeholders and operational hubs.
- Possess a proven track record of owning complex projects from inception to completion while maintaining attention to detail.
- Demonstrate strong analytical capabilities, using data to drive decisions and measure the impact of operational initiatives.
Nice to have
- Include experience with Salesforce and familiarity with at least one analytics or business intelligence platform.
- Include hands-on experience with deploying AI-powered automation tools in a go-to-market context to enhance scalability.
Practical notes
This role is a full-time position based in New York City, with compensation ranging from $150,000 to $210,000 annually. Salary may vary based on factors such as qualifications, skills, and experience. This position also includes stock options and a comprehensive benefits package.
