This role ensures accurate, on-time processing of inbound inventory to support downstream fulfillment. What you'll do
Hub-to-transfer cycle times and receiving UPH are tracked through metric reporting to identify improvement areas and maintain service levels against the 3-day hub SLA.
Teams are developed through task assignment, coaching, and accountability to achieve performance goals, while Lead talent is developed by providing necessary tools, training, and resources.
Associate timecards are reviewed daily, and escalated issues are handled as the primary contact to mitigate risk and resolve problems quickly.
All safety programs and OSHA compliance are supported to maintain a safe work environment, with daily review and approval of associate timecards.
Requirements
2+ years of people management and operational leadership in high-volume 3PL fulfillment, with direct inbound/receiving experience strongly preferred.
Ability to manage performance, deliver feedback, train, and develop talent for professional growth.
Solid computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel, PowerBI, and TMS systems.
Strong analytical skills and experience tracking and achieving KPIs.
Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
Comfort navigating and managing ambiguity.
Hardworking, detail oriented, and passionate about helping small businesses compete online.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, carriers, and merchant partners.
Must be willing to work rotating shifts and non-traditional hours.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs without restriction.
Able to stand and walk continuously during up to an 8-10 hour shift.
Able to bend, stoop, reach above, and push/pull frequently.
