Key facts

What you'll do

• Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize product requirements, translating them into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Work closely with the development team to ensure timely delivery of product features, providing guidance and support throughout the development lifecycle.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities for product improvement and innovation.
• Facilitate regular sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
• Act as the primary point of contact for product-related inquiries, providing updates to stakeholders and addressing any concerns that arise.
• Monitor product performance metrics and user feedback to inform future iterations and enhancements.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies and support product launches.
• Ensure that all product documentation is up-to-date and accessible, including user guides, release notes, and training materials.
• Participate in industry events and conferences to represent Sestek and gain insights into emerging trends and technologies.
• Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
• Engage with customers to gather feedback and validate product concepts, ensuring that user needs are at the forefront of product development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Business Administration, or Engineering.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in product management or product ownership, preferably in a technology-driven environment.
• Proven track record of successfully launching and managing software products throughout their lifecycle.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Proficiency in product management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with user experience design principles and methodologies.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Nice to have

• Experience in the AI or voice technology sectors, particularly in developing conversational interfaces or voice recognition systems.
• Knowledge of UX/UI design principles and tools, such as Figma or Sketch.
• Previous experience working in a startup environment or with cross-functional teams.
• Understanding of software development processes and technologies, including familiarity with programming languages.
• Certification in product management or Agile methodologies (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner).

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom).
• Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques, such as Google Analytics or Tableau.
