What you'll do

• Lead the implementation of ERP systems, ensuring they are tailored to meet the specific requirements of Scorpio Group.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical specifications for ERP solutions.
• Conduct regular system audits and performance evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
• Provide ongoing support and training to end-users, ensuring they are proficient in utilizing the ERP system effectively.
• Develop and maintain documentation related to ERP processes, configurations, and user guides to facilitate knowledge sharing within the organization.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise, working closely with IT and external vendors as needed.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to ERP systems, recommending enhancements that could benefit Scorpio Group.
• Assist in the integration of ERP systems with other business applications to streamline operations and improve data accuracy.
• Prepare and present reports to management on system performance, user adoption, and areas for potential improvement.
• Participate in project management activities related to ERP initiatives, ensuring timelines and budgets are adhered to.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback on system functionality and user experience, using this information to drive continuous improvement.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance user engagement and ensure a smooth transition during system upgrades or changes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience working with ERP systems, preferably in a specialist or analyst role.
• Strong understanding of ERP modules such as finance, supply chain, and human resources.
• Proven experience in system implementation, configuration, and support.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities effectively.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, including Excel and ERP-specific reporting software.

Nice to have

• Experience with specific ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Knowledge of programming languages or scripting for ERP customization.
• Certification in ERP systems or related methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Agile).
• Previous experience in a consulting role or with project management.
• Understanding of regulatory compliance and data security standards related to ERP systems.
