What you'll do
- Design and document end-to-end marketing workflows and standard operating procedures to improve regional efficiency.
- Manage the execution of marketing campaigns by coordinating resources, timelines, and budgets alongside the Product Marketing Manager.
- Track and report on departmental OKRs and KPIs, using performance data to identify and resolve operational bottlenecks.
- Create training materials for marketing tools and establish guidelines for intellectual property usage.
- Oversee marketing budget operations, including invoice processing, purchase orders, and vendor contract management.
- Act as the primary point of contact between APAC marketing, global teams, and cross-functional departments like finance, legal, and engineering.
- Develop and maintain a centralized source of truth for marketing activities to ensure visibility and accountability across stakeholders.
- Analyze campaign performance data to recommend optimizations for channel mix, messaging, and resource allocation.
- Facilitate cross-regional collaboration by aligning timelines, dependencies, and expectations among distributed teams.
- Implement quality assurance processes to validate marketing materials, data reports, and operational workflows before launch.
- Support the rollout of new marketing technologies and tools by coordinating testing, training, and change management activities.
- Monitor market trends and competitive activities to provide insights that strengthen planning and positioning efforts.
- Maintain compliance with internal policies and external regulations by ensuring all marketing operations adhere to established standards.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives by gathering feedback, benchmarking performance, and proposing actionable enhancements.
- Partner with analytics teams to define tracking frameworks that capture the full lifecycle of marketing initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related analytical field.
- 5-6+ years of experience in Marketing Operations or Project Management, preferably in a high-growth technology environment.
- Expertise in data analysis and visualization tools such as Tableau or Looker.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing funnels, channel performance, and metrics like CAC, LTV, and conversion rates.
- Ability to manage a high volume of simultaneous projects with strict attention to detail and data hygiene.
- Strong communication skills to structure and present complex information to diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience working in a fast-paced, matrixed organization where priorities evolve quickly.
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into clear operational processes and documentation.
- Comfort with owning ambiguous problems and developing solutions with limited precedent or guidance.
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy, timeliness, and professionalism in all deliverables.
- Willingness to collaborate closely with legal, finance, and technical teams to resolve cross-functional dependencies.
- Understanding of campaign management lifecycle including planning, execution, measurement, and optimization.
- Familiarity with stakeholder management techniques to build trust and influence without direct authority.
- Track record of managing budgets, invoices, and purchase orders with accuracy and integrity.
