Gift Card Program Manager
Job description
About the role
You will own the end-to-end operational foundation for the Pokémon GO Gift Card program as a new monetization channel. This role requires you to coordinate day-to-day execution across retail partners, vendors, Marketing, Business Development, Finance, Legal, Web Store/Product, and Player Experience. You will clarify roles and ways of working, while improving program visibility and establishing practical processes and reporting. You will support sales opportunities during key seasonal moments and help develop frameworks for future growth planning. The strongest candidate will bring clarity, structure, and momentum to a complex cross-functional program. Direct gift card experience is a plus, but this position values high-agency operators who can drive execution without heavy process.
