About the role
Scopely is seeking a DEI Program Operations Specialist to become a vital member of its Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion team within the People function. This role is centered around the operational execution, coordination, and support necessary to ensure that DEI programs, learning initiatives, and Employee Resource Group (ERG) activities are implemented effectively and consistently throughout the organization. You will collaborate closely with the DEI Lead, DEI Partner, and various teams across People, ERGs, Facilities, IT, Procurement, and regional hubs to achieve these objectives.

What you'll do
- Oversee the planning and execution of DEI and ERG events from inception to completion, managing intake processes, logistics, cross-functional coordination with Facilities, IT, and Procurement, conducting post-event evaluations, and ensuring on-site delivery is .
- Facilitate the rollout of global DEI programs across various hubs, ensuring localization, stakeholder alignment, and effective project tracking to guarantee scalable execution.
- Maintain and update DEI operational systems, which include playbooks, documentation, templates, shared folders, and internal knowledge resources to ensure accessibility and relevance.
- Support the DEI Learning Strategy by administering learning pathways, organizing logistics and communications for new initiatives, and tracking participation and engagement metrics.
- Manage vendor logistics and procurement processes, which involve collecting quotes, processing contracts and documentation, tracking approvals, coordinating speakers, and maintaining comprehensive partner records.
- Assist in the operations of ERGs in collaboration with the DEI Partner, which includes managing global event logistics, tracking budgets, and reporting on engagement within the ERG Management System.
- Gather and compile participation data across various programs and assist with Spain-specific compliance processes, including documentation and administrative tasks related to the Gender Equality Plan, LGD, and Real Decreto LGTBI+.
- Develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement in DEI initiatives based on feedback and data analysis.
- Foster relationships with internal and external stakeholders to enhance collaboration and support for DEI initiatives.
- Prepare reports and presentations for leadership to communicate progress and impact of DEI programs.
- Engage in ongoing professional development to stay informed about best practices and trends in DEI and program management.
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in program or project management, ideally within DEI, Corporate Social Responsibility, People, Employee Experience, or Learning functions.
- Proven experience in executing global programs that span multiple regions, demonstrating an ability to manage complexity and diverse stakeholder needs.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proficient in using data analytics to monitor engagement levels and evaluate the effectiveness of programs.
- Understanding of vendor management and procurement processes, with experience in handling related tasks.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a strong commitment to maintaining process discipline and quality standards.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, both written and verbal, with proficiency in English.
- A proactive ownership mindset, ensuring consistent follow-through on assigned tasks and responsibilities.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
