About the role
This role advances the operational execution of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives within the People function based in Barcelona. It partners with the DEI Lead to deliver structured, scalable programs and ERG activities. The position supports data-driven compliance and reporting while coordinating cross-functional collaboration. You will own the end-to-end management of DEI and ERG events, handling intake through to post-event insights to ensure smooth delivery for participants and stakeholders. In this capacity, you will coordinate global DEI program implementation, aligning localization, stakeholders, and project tracking to achieve scalable and impactful outcomes across regions. The role requires a solutions-focused mindset with ownership and follow-through to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Success in this position depends on strong written and verbal communication skills in English and comfort with data to track engagement and measure program effectiveness. You will be the operational backbone of the DEI team, ensuring that programs are executed professionally and meet business objectives.

Requirements
The posting states a bachelor's degree requirement.
Three or more years of program or project management experience is required, ideally in DEI, Corporate Social Responsibility, People, Employee Experience, or Learning functions.
