Client Marketing Associate
Job description
About the role
We are seeking a Client Marketing Associate to act as the dedicated marketing lead for a portfolio of financial advisors at Savvy. In this role, you will own end-to-end marketing strategy and execution, translating advisor business goals into integrated, high-impact campaigns. You will serve as a strategic partner, translating advisor vision into actionable plans and delivering measurable results through coordinated marketing initiatives. This is a client-facing, multi-account position that requires balancing multiple priorities while maintaining strict ownership of timelines, quality, and performance. You will leverage AI as a core component of your workflow to scale marketing efforts and improve efficiency across a diverse book of advisors. You will work closely with internal stakeholders in marketing, operations, and design to bring campaigns to life and support advisor growth. This role is based in our New York City office and is a full-time position.
What you'll do
- Own marketing strategy and content execution for a portfolio of advisor clients, acting as the strategic lead for each relationship and translating business goals into integrated campaigns.
- Lead discovery and strategy sessions with advisors to proactively shape clear, data-driven marketing directions and campaign roadmaps aligned with their growth objectives.
- Execute multi-channel marketing initiatives including email, social, digital, and events to support advisor client acquisition and retention goals.
- Leverage AI tools such as Claude and other platforms to accelerate workflows, improve content quality, and boost team efficiency across campaign lifecycles.
- Manage multiple advisor relationships simultaneously, balancing timelines, priorities, and expectations across a multi-account book in an agency-style environment.
- Track campaign performance, budget utilization, and key metrics to identify opportunities for improvement, optimize spend, and demonstrate impact.
- Monitor project timelines rigorously to ensure campaigns launch accurately and on schedule across all channels and stakeholder touchpoints.
- Partner cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and design teams to coordinate assets, approvals, and campaign elements, ensuring seamless execution.
- Prioritize work dynamically based on impact, deadlines, and business needs to keep all advisors supported effectively and goals on track.
- Maintain organized records of campaign plans, performance data, and ongoing initiatives to enable transparency, reporting, and continuous optimization.
Requirements
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field that provides foundational knowledge in strategy, content, and client management.
- Bring 2-5 years of experience leading marketing strategy and content execution for clients or accounts, demonstrating an ability to turn direction into results.
- Demonstrate a proven track record of presenting to and managing relationships with clients or senior stakeholders, including handling feedback and expectations professionally.
- Operate confidently in a client-facing, multi-account environment that resembles an agency model, with the ability to switch context efficiently across advisors.
- Execute campaigns across one or more channels such as email, social, paid media, and events, showing versatility and channel-specific competence.
- Show strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines at once, using systems to stay aligned and on track.
- Use data to track performance, diagnose issues, and recommend improvements based on insights, applying a test-and-learn mindset to optimize campaigns.
- Experience with marketing and AI tools like HubSpot, ChatGPT, Claude, or similar platforms to support content creation, research, and workflow automation.
- Communicate clearly and effectively in client-facing and cross-functional settings, with strong written and verbal skills to convey strategy and updates.
Nice to have
- Experience working in an agency or multi-client marketing environment, with exposure to managing multiple brand strategies and timelines.
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, including experience with segmentation, journey mapping, and performance reporting.
- Exposure to financial services or wealth management practices, including an understanding of advisor-client dynamics and regulatory considerations.
